Can my virtual tour be posted to Realtor.com?
  Yes. Unlike most other Virtual Tour companies, our packages prices include the normal $25 fee to post your tour to Realtor.com.
 
   
Will my tour be MLS compliant?
  Yes, you will receive 2 virtual tour links. One link will be your unbranded tour for your MLS listing which will have no agent or company information. The second link will be your branded tour for Realtor.com and you may use on your personal and company website. The branded tour will have all your agent and company information including agent picture and company logo.
 
   
Do you provide a photographer to take the photos?
  Yes. When you order a virtual tour with SCV Virtual Tours we will provide a photographer that will take the photos of the home.
 
   
How long will it take the photographer to complete the photo shoot?
  It will take about 60-90 minutes to photograph your home. This may vary depending on the size of the home.
 
   
Does the agent or homeowner need to be present when the tour is being photographed?
  An agent or home owner or agent's assistant will need to meet our photographer at the listing.
 
   
Can the agent have the still photos from the virtual tour?
  The agent will receive still photos within 24 hours after the property has been photographed.
 
   
Can SCV Virtual Tours post my tour to our local MLS and my website?
  Since we do not have access to your MLS or personal web site, we provide the links necessary for your web master to connect to your virtual tour.
 
   
How do I pay for my Virtual Tour?
  Payment is required before we can schedule an appointment for you. We accept all major credit cards. Prepaid plans are available. Please call for pricing.
 
   
I don't have an MLS number. Can I still order a tour?
  Yes. Many real estate agents like to do a virtual tour of the home prior to placing the property on the market. However, the MLS number is required for linking to national websites, so we ask that you call us and provide the MLS as soon as you get it.
 
   
I don't have a personal website. Can I still order a tour?
  Yes. The virtual tour may be linked to a variety of national listing sites for maximum exposure. You may also e-mail tours to potential clients.
 
   
Can I post my virtual tour to the MLS®?
  Yes. After the tour is processed, we will e-mail you the virtual tour link. Use this URL to link to any site that you choose, including the MLS. The site of your choice may be a part of our automated linking, so be sure to ask us about the specific sites you'd like your tour on.
 
   

What websites will my Virtual Tours be seen on?
  We  provide linking to national listings websites such as REALTOR.com.
 
   
How long will my Virtual Tours be active?
  Your Virtual Tours will be active for as long as it takes to sell your property and at least 6 months. CD tours also available for marketing.
 
   
What if my MLS® number changes?
  Provide us with your new MLS number and we'll re-link your virtual tour for a $25.00 processing fee.
 
   
How do I make changes to my Virtual Tour information?
 

Once your first virtual tour is processed, you'll receive an e-mail with log in and password and log in information. Log in to www.scvvirtualtours.com to make changes to your tours, property information,, personal information, and more.
